NumCosmoMathSBesselOdeOperatorset_constraint

Sets the constraint of this operator alone, overriding what it inherited from the solver. The stored factorization is discarded and the resolution floor recomputed.

All three constraints pick a member of the same solution family, and the boundary functional of the Levin reduction is invariant under the choice, so the panel integral is unchanged; what changes is which member has to be represented, and hence how many coefficients the solve needs. NCM_SBESSEL_ODE_CONSTRAINT_PINNED needs its two indices and is set by ncm_sbessel_ode_operator_set_pinned_constraint() instead.
