Sets NcmStatsDist:CV-type, the objective that fits the bandwidth at the next ncm_stats_dist_prepare(). With #NCM_STATS_DIST_CV_NONE the bandwidth is the rule-of-thumb one times NcmStatsDist:over-smooth.
